FALL CLASS SCHEDULE

No Matter your age or skill level, we have a class for you! Classes are available year round for students age 3 and up.  Anyone can join at any time. No experience is necessary and classes are available for students of all abilities and experience.

Bravo All-Stars also offers custom classes for groups of 10 or more.  Please email:[email protected] for information

$60 for four week session-one class per week

Description of Classes

Beginner
This class is designed for athletes who are working on back and front walkovers and are working to obtain a back handspring. You will master your body weight through learning front and back walkovers so that you can advance to the back handspring class.

Back Handspring
This class is focused on learning both standing and round off back handsprings. You will learn the basics of a back handspring all the way through powerful series back handsprings. To be in this class you must be able to do a cartwheel, front and back walkover with good form to be successful in this class.

Advanced Back handspring
This class is designed for athletes who have a solid back handspring and are working on specialty back handspring passes, standing BHS series and introduces front passes to BHS. To be in this class you should have a solid back handspring and series bhs without a spot.

Tuck/Layout
In this class you will learn skills associated with a layout. To be in this class you should have both standing series handsprings to a tuck and round off series handsprings with good form to a tuck without a spot.

Tuck
In this class you will learn skills associated with a tuck. To be in this class you must have both series handsprings and series specialty to back handspring in good form without a spot.
Fulls/DBL Fulls Twisting:
This class is designed to teach advanced skills beyond tucks, layouts and whips. From Round off fulls, to standing fulls to Arabians and double fulls. To be in this class you should have a hollow body layout. You can not attend this class unless you have a ROBHS layout without a spot and 3 standing BHS to layouts without a spot

Standing Tuck Class:
This class is designed to teach athletes skills on achieving their standing tucks. To be in this class you must have both standing series handsprings and round off series handsprings with good form.

Standing Tumbling Class:
This class is designed to teach athletes a flip after standing series. To be in this class you must have series backhandspring with good form. This class will focus on series BHS to tucks and series BHS to layouts and fulls.

Flyer Stretch:
This class is for both current and aspiring flyers. In this class you will work on flexibility and strength to improve your flying skills.
Front Tumbling Class:
This class is designed for athletes level 3-5. They will learn variations of front tumbling to add to their flip.
